Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:

That the selection and appointment of Shri Ram Swaroop, the Respondent No. 5, as Primary Assistant Teacher in Government Primary School Bandol, Tehsil Dehra, District Kangra H.P. may kindly be quashed and set aside.

The reply has been filed on behalf of Respondents No. 1 to 3. In the reply, it is stated that the selection has been conducted in accordance with the procedure and that the private Respondent was the more meritorious among the candidates. The details are also furnished in the reply. There is no rejoinder.

In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of making it clear that in case the Petitioner has still any grievance left, it will be open to him to pursue the same before the first Respondent.
