The present petition has been filed under 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for fair & Impartial investigation of the case FIR No.308 dated 30.09.2023 under Sections 379(B)(2) IPC, 1860, registered at Police Station B Division, Amritsar (Annexure P-1), and further directions to the official respondents to cause arrest of the concerned accused (private respondents) who are roaming scott free despite their Anticipatory Bail being dismissed by the LD Sessions Court, Amritsar.
