The petitioner, who is working as Lab Attendant at Government High School, Haraboi, Tehsil Nihari, District Mandi, H.P., has come up before this
Court seeking his transfer from the present place of posting to one of the stations of his choice as clause 5.5 of the Comprehensive Guiding Principles-
2013, (Transfer Policy) provides that an employee, who has less than two years to retire, should be posted in the convenient places/ stations.
Notice. Mr. Anil Jaswal, learned Additional Advocate General appears and accepts service of notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4.
In view of the nature of the order, this Court proposes to pass, no response is required from the respondents.
Consequently, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make representation to the respondent/ authorities, within two days, as per
clause 5.5 of the transfer policy. On receipt of such representation, the respondent/ authorities shall decide the same, in the light of the transfer policy
occupying the field on or before 12th February, 2020. Pending application(s), if any, are closed.
