It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that an application for renewal of the trade licence has been submitted and the same is pending consideration before the Gangtok Municipal Corporation (GMC), Respondent No.1.
If that be so, Respondent No.1 is directed to consider the said application and pass appropriate orders within two weeks.
