This petition has been preferred for recovery of ­­­Rs.2,44,522/- from the respondent(s). Counsel appearing for the petitioner has argued out the case at length.

It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that notice has already been issued by this Tribunal upon respondent(s). The same has been served upon respondent(s), but, nobody has appeared for the respondent(s).

Counsel appearing for the petitioner further submitted that as nobody appears for the respondent(s), let fresh notice be issued upon the respondent(s) through the jurisdictional Police Station(s) where they are residing.

It is further submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that let notice be issued upon the aforesaid respondent(s) to be served through Head of aforementioned Police Station(s).

In view of the aforesaid submissions, issue fresh notice upon aforesaid respondent(s) to be served by aforesaid Police Station(s).

Dasti/Direct service upto Head of aforesaid Police Station(s). After receiving notice of this Tribunal, Head of aforesaid Police Station(s) shall serve the notice upon respondent(s) and after taking its signatures upon the notice issued by this Tribunal, the papers will be returned to this Tribunal immediately.
