This application is filed by the Liquidator for extension of the liquidation period by one year.
We heard the Learned Counsel for the Liquidator and perused the resolution passed by the Stakeholder's Committee approving the extension. Some litigation is still pending against the Corporate Debtor. At this stage, the liquidation period is extended by six months from today with liberty to move a fresh application.
With the above directions, IA/214(MP)2021 is partly allowed and disposed of.
