Judgment
M.M. Kumar, J.—The transfer order dated 27.6.2006 (P-1) is the subject matter of challenge in the instant petition on the ground that the petitioner has yet not been relieved and he is to retire on 31.8.2007.
According to the learned Counsel, if the transfer is effected at this stage then all his retiral benefits would be unnecessarily delayed and this is the basic reason underlying the policy of transfer. We dispose of the writ petition and permit the petitioner to file a representation under Registered A.D. cover before respondent No. 2 by disclosing all the grounds which have been pleaded in the instant petition, within a period of two weeks from today. If such a representation is made within two weeks then respondent No. 2 shall dispose of the same within a period of further two weeks by passing a speaking order. If such a representation is made by the petitioner within the aforementioned period then the transfer order dated 27.6.2006 (P-1) shall remain stayed till 4.10.2006, if not already implemented.
A copy of the order be given dastion payment of usual charges.
