It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that qua the posting order dated 10.08.2020 the petitioner has made representation to the respondents seeking transfer as per order dated 30.07.2021, which order has subsequently been stayed, however, qua certain other persons, the same has been implemented and, therefore, the respondents be directed to decide the pending representation of the petitioner.

In view of submissions made, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of; the petitioner may make a fresh detailed representation to the respondent No.2 within a period of one week. In case such a representation is made by the petitioner, the same shall be deal with appropriately expeditiously and an order on the same be passed by the said authority within a period of two weeks from the date filing of representation.
