The present application has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioners in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No.21 of 2020,

registered under Sections 414/ 419/ 420/ 467/ 468/ 471/ 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 66 (B)(C)(D) of the I.T. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are involved in cyber crime. Except suspicion, no material is available against

them. The recovery of Mobile and SIM Card has been shown which is usual material. It has been further submitted that the similarly situated co-

accused person, namely, Mahatab Ansari and Arbaj Ansari have already been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated

03.10.2020 passed in B.A. No.7290 of 2020. It has been further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Petitioners are in judicial

custody since 21.06.2020. Hence, they deserve to be released on bail.

Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners. Heard, learned counsel for the parties. Vide order dated 22.09.2020, criminal

antecedent report of the petitioners have been called for and the same has been received on 05.11.2020. From perusal of the report, it appears that

there is no criminal antecedent against the applicants.

Considering the material available on record and the fact that the similarly situated accused persons have already been granted bail, the petitioners,

named above, are directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount

each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No.21 of 2020, subject to

the conditions that the petitioners will submit self attested copy of their Aadhar Card and also give their mobile number before the learned court below

which they will not change during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
