Mr. Narender Thakur, learned Deputy Advocate General, takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

Petitioner's counsel submits that his client would be satisfied in case his representation dated 9.2.2021 (Annexure P­3) be considered by respondent No.2 as expeditiously as possible.

Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that the same will be considered in a manner known to law.

In view of the same, we do not find any impediment to grant relief to the petitioner. Hence, the petition is allowed and respondent No.2 is directed to consider the representation dated 9.2.2021 (Annexure P­3), as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.
