P. Bhavadasan, J.—This is a petition filed u/s 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking bail.

Petitioner is accused in Crime No. 78/2009 of Valanchery Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 365, 394, 419 and 34 of Indian Penal Code.

The facts are stated in the order of the court below, which is appended to this petition. Considering the fact that a good part of the investigation is over, bail needs to be granted.

The application is allowed as follows:

1) Petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a bond for Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) with two solvent sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of JFCM concerned.

2) Petitioner shall report before the investigating officer n every Friday between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. till final report is laid.

(3) Petitioner shall not tamper or attempt to tamper with the evidence or influence or try to influence the witnesses.
