The applicant filed R.A. with a prayer to set aside the order dated 20.12.2019 passed by the Bench in P.T. No.216/2019, which was dismissed on

28.02.2020.

In view of the reasons stated in the present application, the order dated 28.02.2020 is set aside and the Review Application is restored to file.

Heard Mr. Naveen R Nath, learned counsel for applicant in the RA and respondent in P.T. No.216/2019.

Through an order dated 20.12.2019, the P.T, was allowed by taking note of the fact that the applicant herein did not respond even after the service

of notice.

5 Today, the matter is discussed at length on merits.

Shri Naveen R Nath, learned counsel for applicant, submits that certain observations made as regards the orders passed by the Bangalore Bench

were not necessary at all for consideration of application for transfer of the O.A.

Shri Hanu Bhasker, learned counsel for respondents, states that everything is borne out by the record.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 20.12.2019 passed by the Bench in P.T. No.216/2019, is recalled. It is

noticed that one of the OAs, filed by the applicant at Jabalpur Bench, have since been transferred to the Principal Bench and in fact were disposed of.

No inconvenience would be caused to the applicant in case the OA is also transferred to Principal Bench.

Mr. Naveen R Nath, learned counsel for applicant has, in fact, stated that he has no objection, if the O.A. is transferred to the Principal Bench.

Hence, the PT is allowed and the OA shall stands transferred to Principal Bench. Since the PT record is already transmitted to the Principal

Bench, no further steps need be taken.
