Judgment
Though PPO had been issued and information to that effect sent to the Chief Manager, Union Bank of India, CPPC, Union Bank Bhawan, 239 Vidhan Bhawan Marg, Nariman Point, Mumbai-400021 on 28.10.2020, it is informed that till date, the amount has not been credited to the account of the applicant. According to the material available on record, details of the applicant's account were also communicated to the bank vide Annexure A1, which indicates that the applicant's pension had been deposited in the Union Bank of India, Koajanchi Chouraha, Bargadwa Marg, Gorakhpur (UP).
Let notice be issued to (i) the Chief Manager, Union Bank of India, CPPC, Union Bank Bhawan, 239 Vidhan Bhawan Marg, Nariman Point, Mumbai-400021 and (ii) the Branch Manager, Union Bank of India, Koajanchi Chouraha, Bargadwa Marg, Gorakhpur (UP) with copies of this order, PPO and Page 3 of Annexure A1 asking why the amount has not been credited to the applicant's account.
List again on 24th November, 2021.
