Judgment
Heard Mr. D Julius Riamei, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. P. Sanajaoba, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
It is submitted by the counsel for the respondents that he had filed counter affidavit on behalf of the respondents on 27.02.2021 however, the said
counter affidavit is not found on record.
It is further submitted by the counsel for respondents that he had also filed two Misc.cases in connection with the present writ petition and the said
Misc. case is not listed today along with the present case. Mr. D. Julius Riamei, on other hand prays for giving him two weeks time for filing rejoinder
to the counter affidavit filed by the respondents.
In view of the submissions made above, registry is directed to verify regarding the filing of the counter affidavit as well as two Misc.cases and list this
case along with said counter affidavit and the two Misc.cases on 15.03.2021.
In the meantime, the counsel for petitioner may file his rejoinder affidavit.
Earlier interim order shall continue till the next date.
