Learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for the respondent-State submits that the proceedings has been stayed in respect of this petitioner in Crl.P.No.2664/2022 and the learned counsel for the petitioner does not disputes the said fact.
When such being the submission and when the further proceedings has been stayed, question of considering this anticipatory bail petition does not arise and even if it is considered, compliance cannot be done. Hence, for the present the petition has become infructuous and the petitioner is given liberty, if need arises, he can approach the Court on the very same cause of action.
With these observations, the petition stands disposed of.
