Judgment

An Additional Affidavit dated 16-03-2023 has been by the State-Respondent No.1 and is taken on record.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner verbally submits that despite the upgradation of the Petitioner’s post from Junior Machineman to Senior Machineman there has not been an equivalent grant of pay scale. That, the Petitioner seeks pay scale equivalent to Respondent Nos.2 and 3, i.e., at ₹ 17,870 + GP 4600.
Learned Government Advocate verbally submits that in view of the prayer put forth by the Petitioner in his application dated 09-08-2022 (Annexure - R4), during the pendency of this Writ Petition, seeking upgradation of his post from Junior Machineman to Senior Machineman, the same was granted to him vide Order dated 24-01-2023 (Annexure - R5), which post he joined vide joining report dated 24-01-2023 (Annexure - R6). In the said circumstance, no further relief can be granted by the State-Respondent however, he seeks some time to seek instructions.
