This petition has been preferred against order dated 19th September, 2020, whereby petitioner was transferred from Patwar Circle Samoli, Tehsil

Rohru, District Shimla to Patwar Circle Bhamnoli, Tehsil Rohru, District Shimla.

2 Petition was filed mainly on the ground that petitioner had completed only two years and two months at his place of posting and had been transferred

only to adjust respondent No.4 despite the fact that petitioner had not completed his normal tenure of three years service. Vide order dated 28th

September, 2020, passed by the Division Bench, impugned transfer order was stayed.

3 Now, petitioner has completed his three years tenure at the present place of posting. Therefore, the ground, on which transfer is assailed, does not

survive. Thus, present petition is dismissed. Resultantly, interim order dated 28th September, 2020 stands vacated and accordingly, concerned authority

is at liberty to take appropriate steps for implementation of transfer of petitioner from Patwar Circle Samoli, Tehsil Rohru, District Shimla to Patwar

Circle Bhamnoli, Tehsil Rohru, District Shimla vide impugned order dated 19th September, 2020.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly including all pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
