Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The writ petition are filed with the following prayers:

(I) Directing the respondents to confirm the petitioner by granting reservation at the time of confirmation at the initial stage strictly in accordance with the provisions mentioned in Govt. of India instructions dated 20.4.1961 & 12.9.1968 as incorporated in paras supra coupled with the instructions annexed as Annex. P-1, and to give all consequential benefits accruing in his favour after the confirmation.

(II) In view of relief No. 1 above, the respondents may be directed to redraw the seniority list assigning appropriate seniority to the petitioner after granting him the benefit of reservation in confirmation and further grant promotional benefits from an earlier date as were due and admissible to him in accordance with the Govt. of India''s instructions as mentioned supra.

It is submitted that the petitioners are similarly situated as the petitioners covered by the decision of this Court in CWP No. 3568 of 2010. Pointing out these aspects, the petitioners have submitted Annexure P-5, representations and the same are now pending before the first respondent. Therefore, there will be a direction to the first respondent to look into the same and in case the petitioners are similarly situated as the petitioners covered by the judgment, referred to above, similar treatment shall also be extended to the petitioners herein also as has been extended to the petitioners in the judgment, referred to above. The needful shall be done within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by the petitioners.

The writ petitions are disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
