Mahabir Singh Sindhu, J.

CM-4496-CWP-2021

Application for preponement of the date of hearing in the main petition, which is pending for 07.07.2021, and for disposal of the same in view of orders (Annexures A-1 & A-2).

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed subject to all just exceptions. Main case is preponed and taken on board today itself.

MAIN CASE

Present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus seeking directions to the respondents to allot permanent place of posting to the petitioners for the post of Primary Teachers (PRT).

At the outset, learned Counsel for the petitioners has pointed out that instead of pressing the present petition on merits, his clients would be satisfied in case the representation dated 28.11.2019 (P-5), made to respondent No.2, is considered and decided by passing a speaking order expeditiously.

Prayer seems to be justified.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana, who is present through Video-Conference, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and innocuous prayer of the petitioners is not opposed by him; rather fairly submitted that representation of the petitioners would be considered and decided within a time bound manner.

In view of the agreed stand taken by both sides, this writ petition is disposed off with direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation dated 28.11.2019 (P-5) in accordance with law by passing a speaking order preferably within a period of 03 (three) weeks from today.
