The applicant wanted to take part in Limited Departmental Competitive Examination for promotion to the post of Postal Superintendent (Group -B).
However, he could not upload/submit the application in time on account of the fact that there was some mistake regarding mentioning of the division.
Instead of Bulandshahr, the applicant mentioned as Madhura. This OA is filed with a prayer to permit the applicant to appear in the examination.
On 23.11.2020, this Tribunal passed an interim order 2. directing that the respondents shall receive the application of the applicant submitted with
correct entries. The respondents have since complied with the direction and the applicant has also taken part in the examination. The respondents
have filed a short reply to this extent.
We find that nothing further needs to be decided in 3. this OA. It is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
