The contempt case is filed under Section 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents for wilful violation of the order of this Court dated 23.09.2024 passed in W.P.No.19641 of 2024.
Ms.S.Manaswi, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order had been complied with and no order is required in this contempt case and requested to close the petition.
Hence, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
