The applicant has filed this application under Section 482 of CrPC seeking extension of period of fifteen days for deposit of enhanced fine amount of Rs.10,000/- awarded by this Court vide order dated 13th of March, 2023 while disposing of Criminal Revision No.735 of 2010 filed by applicant Lal Singh.

On perusal of contents of this application, the prayer made by the applicant appears to be reasonable and application filed by the applicant is hereby disposed of with a direction that applicant Lal Singh shall deposit aforesaid enhanced fine amount within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

A copy of this order be kept along with disposed of CRR No. 735 of 2010.
