Judgment

The petitioner, who is working as an Assistant Engineer, in the office of the Chief Engineer (PCA), HPSEB Limited Vidyut Bhawan Kumar House, Shimla-4, has come up before this Court seeking a direction to the respondents for fixation of pay by granting benefits of the services rendered by the petitioner in the Indian Army.
Notice. Mr. Tara Singh Chauhan, Advocate appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.
In view of the nature of the order, we propose to pass, no response is required from the respondents.
Consequently, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.6.2020 (Annexure P-4), in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within two weeks. In case the petitioner still feels aggrieved and dissatisfied with the outcome of the representation, he shall be at liberty to approach this Court again, against the surviving grievances, if any. Pending application(s), if any, are closed.
