The present application has been filed by applicant/appellant, to replace the existing fixed deposit receipt no. D03TDAS180030001 for a sum of Rs.
23,87,81,374/- held by Citi Bank till further orders of this Ld. Tribunal with a Bank Guarantee of this like amount renewable till further directions of
this Ld. Tribunal, on the grounds mentioned therein.
Upon hearing, issue notice. Mr. Atul Tripahti, ld. counsel for the respondent accepts the notice and seeks four weeks time to file the reply, which is
not objected. Let the same be filed within four weeks with an advance copy to the other side.
With the consent of both the parties, list the matter on 27th April, 2021.
