As the counter affidavit has been filed and the issue involved in the matter is very simple, we direct for listing of the matter on 18th May, 2022, on which date it may be finally heard and disposed of. If advised, applicant may file rejoinder on or before 13th May, 2022.
During the course of hearing, Shri Pandey invited our attention to letter dated 27.09.2020 at Page 17 and has tried to submit that the respondents have not properly responded to this letter. It is for the respondents to make submissions in this regard at the time of hearing.
