In pursuance to the notice issued, learned counsel appearing for the respondents makes an oral submission that in view of certain developments that have taken place; the respondents have decided to permit the applicant to appear in the examination in question.

Accordingly, we dispose of this application with a direction to the respondents to permit the applicant to appear in the forthcoming examination which is to be held in December, 2021 and all formalities required be completed well before the commencement of the examination.
3.
The OA stands disposed of.
