1.

Aggrieved by the impugned order Annexure P/1 dated 31.01.2022 the present writ petition has been filed. Vide the said impugned order, the respondents have shifted the place of posting of the petitioner from the Govt. Higher Secondary School, Binjali, District Narayanpur to the office of the Block Education Officer, Block Orchha, District Narayanpur.

2.

The said order has been passed in the course of revocation of the order of suspension earlier issued on 31.12.2021 which stood revoked by the order of the District Collector on 28.01.2022.

3.

The petitioner seems to be more aggrieved by the observation made in the order of District Education Officer dated 31.01.2022 that as regards the complaints that was received against the petitioner, an enquiry would still continue.

4.

It is the contention of the petitioner that she has not been issued with any charge sheet or even a show cause notice in respect of any of the complaints allegedly to have been received by the respondents against the petitioner. The petitioner has not even made available with the copy of the complaint, if any, and as such she is not aware as to what enquiry has been initiated or contemplated by the respondents.

5.

Learned counsel for the State on the other hand submits that as and when the enquiry shall be conducted by the respondents, the petitioner shall be taken into confidence and all relevant documents pertaining to the enquriy would be made available to the petitioner before proceeding further with the departmental enquiry.

6.

Given the said submissions made by the State counsel, this court is of the opinion that the grievance of the petitioner as of now stands redressed. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of expecting that the respondent authorities as and when and if at all they initiate any enquriy against the petitioner in respect of any complaint as such, the petitioner would be made available of the nature of complaint, the nature of allegations and the charges that the respondents would be leveling against the petitioner in the course of departmental enquiry.

7.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
