Mr. S. Biswajit, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. W. Sanatomba, learned counsel appeared for the petitioner; Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA appeared for the respondents No. 1 to 4 and Mr. I. Sandeep, learned counsel appeared on behalf of respondent No. 5.
The learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 5 submitted that the petitioner has filed an additional affidavit only yesterday and as such, the learned counsel seeks three weeks’ time to file a reply thereto.
Prayer is allowed.
It has been submitted at the bar that the present writ petition does not pertains to service matter.
