By way of the instant writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondent to release and make payment of the pensionary/retiral dues alongwith interest.
Having gone through the averments made in the writ petition as also the documents annexed therewith, it appears that the petitioner has straight away approached this Court and has not made any demand/representation to the respondent to release the retiral benefits.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach the respondent, at the first instance, for releasing his retiral benefits.
It goes without saying that the petitioner will be at liberty to approach this Court for redressal of his grievances, in case the same are not redressed, if he is so advised.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of accordingly.
