Honourable Mr. Justice G. Rajasuria

1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would echo the cri de coeur of his client, viz. first plaintiff, to the effect that the suit was filed in the year 2005

for recovery of possession of the suit property and the case was transferred from one Court to another, i.e., from District Court to Sub-Court, on

the point of pecuniary jurisdiction, and hence the matter is getting delayed. Accordingly, he prays for a direction to the Lower Court for speedy

disposal of the matter. Perused the records. Taking into consideration the fact that the suit was actually filed during the year 2005 and still it is

pending, I would like to issue the following direction:

The Lower Court should do well to see that the matter is disposed of within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this

order.

2.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
