Sanjay Karol, J.—In all these petitions the point involved is the same.

Petitioners have prayed that Respondents be directed to declare their result of Class XII examination. There is no dispute that Petitioners have cleared their Class XI examination undertaken by them in various private institutions. It is also not in dispute that Petitioners while studying in private schools affiliated with the H.P. Board of School Education (respondent No. 1) have undertaken examination of Class XII as conducted by Respondent No. 1

According to Respondent No. 1, such result cannot be declared as the Central Board of School Education - Respondent No. 2, has not issued any certificate with regard to passing of Class XI examination undertaken by the Petitioners. However, it stands clarified by Respondent No. 2 that only examinations for Class X and Class XII are being conducted directly by them and Class XI examination is being conducted by the Institutions with which the schools are affiliated. Petitioners have placed on record the transfer certificate issued by such private institution, showing that not only they have cleared their Class XI examination but in fact Respondent No. 2 has also counter-signed the same.

Since Respondent No. 2 has already given no objection, as such, there cannot be any impediment in declaration of result of Class XII undertaken by the Petitioners as conducted by Respondent No. 1

As such, a direction is issued to Respondent No. 1 to immediately declare result of Class XII examination undertaken by the Petitioners.

With the above observations, all the petitions stand disposed of.
