Narendra Kumar Jain-I, J.—Heard the learned Counsel for Petitioner.

Petitioner has preferred this writ petition with a prayer that Respondent may be directed to allot a college to Petitioner to pursue her B. Ed. Course in Arts subject.

Submission of the learned Counsel for Petitioner is that Petitioner belongs to ''Special Backward Class'' (SBC) category, but due to inadvertence, her category has been mentioned as ''OBC'' category in her PTET- 2011 Result, wherein she was awarded 250 marks. He submitted that less meritorious candidate of ''SBC'' category, namely Nimu Kumari having whose mark-sheet has been enclosed as Annexure-6 with the writ petition, obtained only 204 marks and she has been given admission by allotting an institute, namely The Nobles T T College, Badla, and Teh. Kherwara, Udaipur. Petitioner submitted a representation (Annexure-8) to Respondent No. 1- The Co-ordinator, Pre-Teacher Education Test(P.T.E.T.)-2011, but till date, no action has been taken on the same.

During the course of arguments, the learned Counsel for Petitioner submitted that Petitioner may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file fresh representation in respect of her grievance before the Co-ordinator, PTET and the Coordinator, PTET may be directed to consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, within a reasonable period.

Prayer is allowed.

The writ petition as well as stay application, both are, accordingly, allowed to be withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.

It is directed that in case a representation is filed by Petitioner within a period of ten days along with copy of this order, then the same will be considered and decided by The Co-ordinator, Pre-Teacher Education Test(P.T.E.T.)-2011, Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt thereof.
