Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State appearing for the respondent no.1.
Since this case relates to the offences under Sections 376(2)(n)379//506 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections Section 3(2)(v) of the S.C.
and S.T. (P.A.) Act, notice needs to be issued to the respondent no.2.
Accordingly, learned counsel for the appellant is directed to serve required number of copies of the CRLA on the learned Additional Standing
Counsel for the State within three working days hence in order to enable him to serve notice upon the respondent no.2 through the concerned
Investigating Officer regarding hearing of the appeal.
List this matter on 10th of March, 2022.
As the restrictions due to resurgence of Covid-19 are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the
High Court’s website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the ADVOCATE concerned with his/her seal, in the manner prescribed
