Judgment
V.K. Sharma, J.—The petition has been filed with the following prayer:
"That the respondent authorities may kindly be directed to make necessary entries in the revenue record and issued the OBC certificate in favour of the petitioner".
According to the petitioner, the issue involved in the present writ petition is covered in his favour by the judgment of this Court rendered in CWP No. 7542 of 2010, titled as Shyam Lal versus State of H.P. and others, decided on 6.12.2010. If that be so, similar treatment shall also be extended to the petitioner in the above referred decision, in case the petitioner is also similarly situated, within a period of three days from the date of production of certified copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner before the competent authority i.e. Sub Divisional Officer (Rural), Chopal.
The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any, No costs.
