S. Vaidyanathan, J.—This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No. 221 of 2014 pending on the file of the 4th and 5th respondents and entrust the same for investigation to the competent officer under the 6th respondent and further direct the 6th respondent to investigate into the brutal attack made to the petitioner and her family members on 3.8.2014 and file final report within the stipulated time.

2.

The case of the petitioner is that even though Crime No. 221 of 2014 has been registered, no action has been taken by the fourth and fifth respondent and therefore, she wanted the matter to be taken up by the competent officer for conducting proper investigation under the sixth respondent.

4.

Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).
