This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to correct the admit card of the petitioner from Trained Graduate

Arts to Hindi teacher enabling the petitioner to appear in the Odisha Secondary School Teacher Eligibility Test (OSSTER), 2021 (2nd) examination.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite

party no.4 vide Annexure-3 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time.

Considering the contention raised by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes

of the writ petition directing opposite party no.4 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-3 and pass appropriate order in

accordance with law by 15.02.2022.

The petitioner is directed to communicate this order to the Controller of Examination, Board of Secondary Education, Odisha, and also serves extra

copy of the writ petition along with copy of this order on Mr. S.S. Rao, learned counsel who usually appears for Board of Secondary Education,

Odisha by Monday (07.02.2020), so that the authority shall comply with the order immediately.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order

available in the High Court’s website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide

Court’s Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, as modified by Court’s notice no. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021, and Court’s Office Order

circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
