The present two applications have been filed by the applicant R.P. seeking exemption from filing the legible copies of dim documents filed with the
stay applications, on the ground stated therein.
Considering the ground mentioned in the applications, the same are allowed. The applications are, accordingly, disposed of.

It is to clarify that, the Resolution Professional who is the appellant in appeal no. FPA-PMLA3515/CHN/2020 has filed two applications in the present
appeal. One application bearing no. MP-PMLA-7789/CHN/2020 is filed under section 35 of PMLA seeking necessary direction for dismissal of this
appeal no. FPA-PMLA-3736/CHN/2020 on the ground stated therein.
The other application is an application bearing no. MP-PMLA-7791/CHN/2020, under the same section, to allow the applicant Resolution Professional
as a party in this appeal.
Sh. Prashant Pandey, ld. counsel for the appellant has filed the common reply to the said applications. He undertakes to supply the copy of the
common reply to the said applications to the applicant (R.P.) during the course of the day.
The ld. counsel for the respondent, ED seeks four more weeks time to file the replies to the said applications, which is not objected. Let the replies to
the said applications be filed within four weeks with an advance copy to the other side.
With the consent of the parties list the appeal and applications on 16th April, 2021 the date already fixed.
