Judgment

Heard Mr. Susheel Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioners, and Mr. J.S. Virk, the learned Deputy Advocate General appearing for the State.
It is submitted by the leaned counsel for the petitioner that, at present, after the grant of interim protection by this Court, the petitioners are living peacefully. But, there may be some apprehension in the future because of the inter-caste marriage of the petitioners.
In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of.
In case, the petitioners face any further problem and the cause of action persists in the shape of threat to their lives and property, they are at liberty to file an application for modification/recall of this order.
