This appeal is filed in the year 2019 and inspite of several opportunities given to comply with the office objections, the office objections are not complied. This Court vide order dated 05.01.2022, made it clear that if the office objections are not complied, list the matter for dismissal. Inspite of the said order, the office objections are not complied with and there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. Hence, in view of the peremptory order, the appeal is dismissed for non-compliance of office objections.
