Sri. K. Krishna, learned counsel accepts notice for the respondent-KIADB.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that the land belonging to one Muniramaiah, has been acquired by the respondent-authorities for the purpose of Industrial Area and the petitioner claims to be the one of the legal representatives of Muniramaiah @ Munirama Reddy and therefore, petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent-authorities to deposit the compensation amount before the Competent Civil Court in OS No.6778 of 2021.

Considering averments made in the writ petition, this court cannot direct the respondent-KIADB to deposit the compensation before the Civil Court in OS No.6778 of 2021. In that view of the matter, the remedy available for the petitioner is to approach the respondent-Special Land Acquisition Officer, KIADB, for disbursal of amount and to take necessary action in the matter. If the petitioner approaches the said authority, it is open for the Special Land Acquisition Officer, KIADB to take decision in the matter in accordance with law by considering the objection/requisition produced at Annexure-J dated 24.10.2024, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
