Judgment
Ajay Rastogi, J.—Counsel inter-alia submits that after being appointed vide orders dt.12/02/2009 & 22/01/2009, both the Petitioners are working under DWTS project and continuously discharging their duties but their contract of service has been terminated vide order dt.09/11/2010 on the premise that the project has been merged in the NAREGA - pursuant to which fresh advertisement has been issued by Zila Parishad on 22/10/2010 holding fresh selections in regard to the posts held by Petitioners. Counsel further submits that in identical CWP-15187/2010, while issuing notices vide order dt.19/11/2010, this Court granted interim relief.
Issue notice of writ & stay petition to Respondents returnable within four weeks as to why the petition may not be finally disposed of at admission stage. Notices may be given Dasti, if desired. PF & notice be filed within seven days, failing which interim order shall stand vacated automatically without reference to the Court.
In the meanwhile, Respondents are CW 16239/10 //2// directed to give preference to the Petitioners for appointment on the posts of Waternary Sopecialist & Social specialist, respectively which they are holding on the same terms as before. List after service alongwith CWP 15187/2010.
