The petitioner, who was working with the respondent-Corporation as Commi-II and retired as such on 31.10.2019 has come up before this Court
seeking release of his entire retiral benefits with interest.
Notice. Mr. Naresh Kaul, Advocate waives notice and accepts service on behalf of the respondents.
The nature of the order we propose to pass would neither require written instructions nor any response from the respondents.
Given the fact that the petitioner already stands retired, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondents to release 50% of the due
and admissible retiral benefits together with statutory interest, within fifteen days. Within two months after that, the respondents shall release the
remaining due and eligible retiral benefits together with statutory interest, and file a compliance report within three months from today.
We close this petition with the directions mentioned above, reserving liberty to approach this Court again, in case the petitioner still feels aggrieved
and dissatisfied. Pending application(s), if any, are closed.
