[1] Heard Mr. D.B Goswami, learned counsel for the petitioner in Cril.Rev. P. No.3 of 2020 and Mr. W. Darakishwor, learned Sr. PCCG for the

respondent No.2. Heard also Mr. H. Samarjit, learned PP for the respondent No.1.

[2] Mr. N. Jotendro, learned senior counsel who appeared for the petitioner in WP(C) No. 136 of 2021 represented before this Court that along with

this criminal revision petition, the WP(C) No. 136 of 2021 is connected and therefore, the matter may also be taken along with this criminal revision

petition whereas Mr. W. Darakishwor, learned Sr. PCCG for the respondent No.2 and H. Samarjit, learned PP also represented that the said writ

petition may be clubbed with this criminal revision petition.

[3] Since Mr. Darakishwor, learned Sr. PCCG represented that though he has already filed counter affidavit in this criminal revision petition whereas

he has to file counter affidavit in WP(C) No. 136 of 2021. Therefore, he seeks time.

 [4] Therefore, post this matter finally on 08.3.2021 and the Registry is directed to post the WP(C) No.136 of 2021 along with this criminal revision

petition after obtaining order from the Hon’ble Chief Justice.

[5] Registry is directed to issue copy of this order to both parties through their Whatsapp/e-mail.
