Having heard counsels for both the sides and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears that the respondent is ready and willing to give discount for the incentives etc. but there is still some disputes about calculation of the incentitves to be given to the petitoner.
Hence, talks of settlement are further going on. This matter is , therefore, adjourned to 24.5.2022.
In the meanwhile, the interim releif granted earlier shall stand continue to be operative during the pendency of the petition.
