Judgment
Rajendra Menon, J.—Petitioner was appointed on the post of Assistant Teacher. He claims to have obtained B.ED/B.T.I/D.Ed Qualification, at his own expense after entering into service. Petitioner contends that he is entitled for the two advance increments from the date of declaration of result of her training. He contends that similar matter came before this Court and benefit was extended to such employees. Petitioner has placed reliance on the judgments passed in the case of Dwarkesh Vs. State of MP and another 2004 (1) MPLJ 261 and in the case of Ku. Neena Dwivedi and Another Vs. State of M.P. and Others, . She has also relied on the order passed in the case of Shashi Bhusan Dwivedi Vs. State of MP and others [W.P. No. 6932/2006(S)] decided by this Court on 15.5.2006.
Having considered the contention of the parties, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner''s claim for grant of two advance increments in the light of the judgment of this Court passed in the case of Dwarkesh (supra) and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
Petition is accordingly disposed of. C.C as per rules.
