We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. The controversy involved in the present appeal is squarely covered by the decisions of this Tribunal dated September 29, 2021 in Appeal No. 609 of 2021 Mr. Kiran Kulkarni vs. SEBI and another decision of this Tribunal dated October 5, 2021 in appeal No. 637 of 2021 Mr. Kiran Kulkarni vs. SEBI. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.

The present matter was heard through video conference due to Covid-19 pandemic.
