The petitioner, a stage carriage operator, has submitted Ext.P2 application seeking revision of timings for his stage carriage service. The petitioner complains that his application has not so far considered till date. The learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that the application will be considered and disposed of without further delay.
In the above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider Ext.P2 application and pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well as other affected parties.
