O R D E R
This Application has been filed for approval of appointment of new liquidator due to the fact of the sudden demise of the erstwhile Liquidator, Mr. Rajendra Prasad Tak. In the meeting held on 10.04.2026, lenders unanimously resolved to appoint Mr. C.A. Pankaj Bhattad as Liquidator of the Corporate Debtor, subject to approval of this Tribunal. We have perused the Application. Mr. Rajendra Prasad Tak, liquidator is hereby replaced with Mr. C.A. Pankaj Bhattad, as liquidator. He shall take charge of the liquidation proceedings and continue the same in accordance with law.
Accordingly, this application is allowed and disposed of.
