Having regard to the fact that the suit was filed in the year 2010, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Assistant Collector, Ist Class, Mussoorie, District Dehradun to decide the aforesaid suit as early as possible. Any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties shall be avoided.
