By way of this application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, the applicant has prayed for condonation of delay of 14 days caused in preferring the revision application.
Heard, the learned advocate for the applicant. It is stated that since the applicant had to make arrangements for maintenance amount under Section 125 CrPC, as ordered by the learned Court below and also in making arrangements for the legal expenses, delay in filing the revision application has caused.
Having heard the learned advocate for the applicant, in facts and circumstances of the case and considering the averments made in the application, the delay, caused in filing the revision application, deserves to be condoned and is hereby condoned.
Present application is accordingly, allowed.
